GQ-SN01 is our company’s independent research and development of dry powder accelerating agent, with less dosage, low alkali content, fast condensation, less rebound, early strength, good cohesion and other characteristics. It is suitable for dry spraying concrete in highway, railway bridge, tunnel, subway and other engineering construction industry. Technical indicators reach JC477, GB/T35159-2017 and other standards.

Product Performance

Application

1.Suitable for all kinds of shotcrete and mortar. Powder is used for dry shotcrete, liquid is used for wet shotcrete.

2. Suitable for spraying concrete in railway tunnel, highway tunnel and subway project.

3. Suitable for anchor shotcrete in diversion tunnel of hydropower project.

4. Quick-setting concrete and mortar used for rush repair in mining and construction engineering.

Usage & Notice

1. Before using the accelerator, the setting time experiment should be carried out with the cement used in the project to determine the optimal dosage. (test method is: take 400g cement, according to the water-cement ratio 0.4 add water (liquid contains water in accelerating agent), stir evenly after adding the production Product, quickly stir 25-30s to install the mold, measure the condensation time).

2. After mixing the concrete into the jet, add accelerating agent at the jet. Water-binder ratio: mortar 0.35-0.40, concrete 0.38-0.44, the ejecta does not flow, dry spots, uniform color is appropriate.

3. It is required to use no less than 42.5 Portland cement and ordinary Portland cement.

4. The shrinkage of concrete mixed with accelerating agent is greater than that of concrete not mixed with accelerating agent, so curing needs to be started within 4 hours of spraying. Curing time is not less than 1 week.

5. GQ-SN03 alkali free accelerating admixture , there is a little clear liquid on the upper part after a long time, which is a normal phenomenon and needs to be treated before use

It does not affect the normal performance when used after shaking.

Packing & Delivery

1. The powder is packed in plastic woven bag, 40kg/ bag. Liquid in a barrel, 200 ~ 250 kg/ barrel.

2. Powder valid for 6 Months, liquid valid for 12 Months , after the expiration of the test to determine the use.
