Shandong Gaoqiang Polycarboxylate superplasticizer assisted the smooth pouring of 128m simply-supported arch rib self-compacting concrete of Dongchangfu Bridge on Zhengzhou-Jinan high-speed Railway

Recently, the 128m simple buttressed arch rib concrete of Dongchangfu Bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan high-speed Railway across S333 provincial Highway was jacked into place by the Eighth Bureau of China Construction Bureau. Dongchangfu Bridge of Zhengzhou-Jinan high-speed Railway spans the 128m simply supported arch of S333 provincial highway. As a simply supported steel pipe arch bridge with the largest span of the whole line, it is also the only simply supported arch bridge in the whole line. This arch bridge is one of the important and difficult control projects of the whole line. The steel pipe arch of the arch bridge was filled with C55 self-compacting compensated shrinkage concrete, which was poured in three times.

The project requires 8 hours of concrete slump, no loss, no segregation, no bleeding and other good workability, setting time up to 18 hours of technical indicators.
